The Bumble Bee

Let’s hear it for the bumble bee

With his very large body and itsy bitsy wings

Everybody said you’ll never fly

With those tiny things

But the bumble bee said “Oh who said”

Gave it a try and took to the sky

Well look and see that the bumble bee

Is a lot like you and me

Lets hear it for the platypus

‘Cause he likes the look of his long fat nose

The platypus is not ashamed or embarrassed

Anywhere it goes

With his long flat tail and duckbilled beak

His very hairy body and strange webbed feet

The funny platypus like all of us

Is wonderous and unique

Now the elephant’s got a very big nose
Giraffe’s got a neck that goes and goes
Hippo’s got a gut Rhino’s got a horn
Frog looks odd from the moment that it's born

Everyone of us is kinda strange

In a very special way

It might be something in the way we look

Or what we do or say

But if we know in our souls and minds and hearts

That is where success in our life starts

Everyone of us is kinda strange
